Wisconsin Fast Forward Grants

Coming October 1, 2018!

Wisconsin Fast Forward is making some exciting changes to its grant programs, effective October 1, 2018. These changes include:

  • Simplifying the application process,
  • Reducing the turnaround time between the application deadline and grant award,
  • Allowing tuition reimbursement as part of a larger training program when it is more economical than other options such as on-site training, and
  • Changing the requirement that training be customized to allow for reimbursement of training that has not been previously offered by the employer.

Wisconsin Fast Forward is also adding a New Grant Program which became available on October 1, 2018:

  • This "Entry Level Worker Grant" will train people who have never been employed or who are chronically underemployed,
  • Includes grant dollars for soft skills training and support services to help these workers take that first step on the pathway to a meaningful career, and
  • Grants available year-round; awarded quarterly.
